3Data Sharing & Third-Party List
To ensure smooth service, we must share limited necessary info (e.g., phone, location) with specific third parties (e.g., rescue teams). Beyond this, we strictly limit data sharing.

You have absolute control over your personal information. Under the PIPL and related laws, we guarantee your exercise of the following rights:
Access & Data Portability
You can call our service center to check your history. We support exporting a copy of necessary electronic records via email.
Correction or Supplement
If you find errors in registration or contact details during rescue, you can immediately notify the dispatcher for correction.
Withdraw Consent
You can turn off permissions (location, camera) in system settings. The platform will stop collecting such data, though it may degrade service.
Account & Data Deletion
If you stop using our services, you can request account cancellation. We will delete your data after the legal retention period expires.
Response Time:Send requests to the DPO email below. We may require order verification. We promise to respond within 15 working days .
5Data Storage & Security
(I) Storage Location
In accordance with PRC laws, information collected in China is stored on domestic servers (Alibaba Cloud). No cross-border transfers are performed.
(II) Retention Period
Order records, location tracks, and call recordings are kept for 3 years to comply with the E-commerce Law and auxiliary audits. Data is then anonymized or destroyed.
(III) Security Measures
Full HTTPS and SSL encryption for network and apps;
Sensitive data is encrypted using specialized key management systems;
Strict access control (RBAC) to prevent bulk data exports by unauthorized staff.
6Protection of Minors
Our platform is designed for adult drivers. If a minor needs emergency rescue, it must be requested by a parent or legal guardian.
If we accidentally collect a minor's data without parental consent, we will isolate and delete it as soon as possible.
